Steve Rosengren
Steve Rosengren has deep experience creating clear strategic direction and driving performance in a variety of management and consulting roles. Rosengren served as president of a startup, built and led a team of over 200 employees, and successfully sold the business to Hallmark. Additionally, he has served in leadership roles in businesses ranging from early stage to $100 million in revenue. He led international strategy projects for the Business Transformation practice of a multinational consulting firm, and guided CEOs in a wide range of industries to transform their business for the next level of growth.
Rosengren has served on the boards of several small businesses, and he founded and leads Red Canoe Navigators, a Christian business leaders’ group.
He and his wife of 30 years have 3 adult children, and live in Plymouth, Minnesota. Rosengren enjoys playing hockey and travelling with his family.
He has made more than 50 canoe trips into the wilderness from northern Minnesota to northwestern Ontario. And, he paddles a very dependable red canoe.
